Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products returns will not be accepted.
** Exchanges and Store credit may be accepted on a case by case basis. Royal B Threads may add a restocking fee. **
**Legacy Academy Apparel - Items without a name can be returned/exchanged, with a restocking fee. Any apparel with the childs name added, cannot be returned or exchanged due to personalization. Special cases may be allowed, please reach out to cstomer service**
Exchanges: Up to 15 days after purchase
Items must be in new condition with tags still on the items. Up to 30 days from purchase, items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Discontinued items and specials sizes are not returnable.
How to Return - IF Approved with a RMA number.
Items may be returned in person or by shipping back to us. Shipping costs, to and from the store, are the responsibility of the customer.
When shipping exchanges back, please include your name, a note with your wishes, and your phone number.
